Walk & Talk: Mental Health Awareness Walk
Take a step toward healing — both literally and emotionally — with our Walk & Talk: Mental Health Awareness Walk. This gentle group walk invites community members, advocates, and those affected by mental health challenges to gather, share stories, and support one another in a safe and uplifting environment.
Throughout the scenic route around Prospect Park, we’ll pause for short talks from local therapists, peer counselors, and lived-experience advocates, all sharing their journeys and wellness tips. Participants will receive a mental wellness goodie bag and access to local resource handouts.
Whether you want to walk in silence, walk in solidarity, or walk while connecting with others, this event is a beautiful reminder: you are not alone.
